2024 Form 941 Update
1. Exit LegalPoint Payroll.
2. You must know your primary LegalPoint Payroll folder - the folder that contains the file SYSDATA.DBF. Call if you need help identifying this folder.
3. To download the 2024 Form 941 Update click any one of the following three Update links. If the link you click is unavailable (busy), try a different one.
4. Choose “Run” (maybe twice). Some systems may require you to choose "More Info" and then "Run Anyway." Before Extracting, if necessary, change the download folder from F:\LPSYSTEM to the folder identified in step 2 above. If you cannot download using these instructions, go to Alternate Download below.
5. Print a Form 941 from Reports / Labels and Forms. If the Form 941 shows 2024 instead of 2023 at the top, the update loaded successfully. If the Form 941 does not show 2024, please call us at 303.726.5556.

only if you are unable to download from the Update buttons above.
Click the red button below to download the files from DropBox to a file named 2024 Form 941.zip. Choose Download Only – you should not have to sign in.
Unzip the six files into the PR subfolder of the folder identified in step 2 above. The folder is usually \LPSYSTEM\PR. The process will overwrite some existing files. Call 303.726.5556 if you need help.
After downloading from DropBox, go to step 5 above.
